Similar to virgin nylon, it's still durable and versatile but eliminates extra resources, greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, pollution and landfill. Due to the up-cycled nature of this material all EAU BAGS have minor imperfections - these are not considered defects but rather unique qualities.


Our Perfectly Imperfect bags simply have more noticeable imperfections. These are bags from past and current collections that show visible flaws, such as small holes, wobbly stitching, or colour variations—details that mean we can’t sell them at full price. They’re still completely functional, but these quirks are exactly why they’re offered at a lower price.

Each Perfectly Imperfect purchase is a lucky dip—you won’t know exactly which imperfection your bag will have, but it will be one of a kind.

Faulty and/or Damaged - Please be aware that, due to the unique nature of our recycled nylon bags, our return policy is tailored to address specific aspects of the material and hand craftsmanship. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

To care for your EAU BAG, follow these instructions:

*Your bag arrives flat to reduce waste. Just pop a towel inside for about an hour, and it’ll take back its big, luscious shape.

*Only spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking your bag in water. Do not wash or tumble dry. Let it air dry naturally.

*No bleach, strong detergents, or abrasive cleaners.

*Keep it out of long-term direct sunlight to maintain its vibrant colours. If exposed to direct sunlight the colours will fade.

*Our bags are tough, but stuffing them beyond their limit can cause unnecessary strain on the stitching

Nope - we're a one-and-done kind of brand. Once a stripe sells out in a particular style, it's gone for good. We don’t restock colourways because we believe in keeping things fresh, limited, and a little bit exclusive.

It’s part of what makes EAU BAGS special—every piece you own is part of a small, considered run that won’t be repeated.

If you’ve got your eye on a stripe, we highly recommend snapping it up before it disappears. Once it’s gone, it’s really gone.

• Items discounted 30%–40% off are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

• Returns are only accepted on unused items in original condition and packaging.
• Returns do not apply to Gift With Purchase items unless the full order is returned.
