All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment or the subsequent business day. To keep you informed, a tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Once your item has been shipped, please note that EAU BAGS is not responsible for the shipping process. In the event of any issues, we recommend reaching out to Australia Post for assistance. If your issue hasn’t been resolved, please reach out to eauhello@eaubags.com.

Our standard and express delivery timeframes are tailored to your location in relation to our Brisbane warehouse. For metro cities across Australia, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery is expedited within 1-2 business days, with the exception of Adelaide and Perth (2-7 business days). Rural areas across Australia may require 3-7 business days for delivery. 

Should you need to modify any details regarding your order post-purchase (e.g., changing the delivery address or adding another item), please contact us immediately at eauhello@eaubags.com. We can assist only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Change of Mind 

We offer a 7-day return policy, providing you with the flexibility to reconsider your purchase. This means you have a window of 7 days from the date of receiving your handmade recycled nylon bag to request a return. Please note that shipping returns are generally at the customer's expense unless an alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon.

Faulty and/or Damaged 

We offer a 7-day return policy, providing you with the flexibility to reconsider your purchase. This means you have a window of 7 days from the date of receiving your handmade recycled nylon bag to request a return. 

Please be aware that, due to the unique nature of our items, our return policy is tailored to address specific aspects of the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

Pulls on the Stitch Line:

Our handmade products may occasionally exhibit minor pulls on the stitch line, which are inherent to the craftsmanship process. As such, we are unable to process returns for this characteristic.

Holes Smaller than 5mm:

Products made from recycled nylon may have small imperfections, including holes smaller than 5mm. Please note that these are part of the material's inherent features and contribute to its eco-friendly nature. Consequently, returns cannot be accepted for this reason.

Variation in Fabrication Colors:

The use of recycled materials may result in variations in colour during the fabrication process. This adds uniqueness to each item, showcasing the sustainable essence of our products. Regrettably, we do not accept returns based on colour discrepancies.

Textural Variances:

Given the recycled nature of our materials, there may be slight textural differences in the fabric. These variations contribute to the authenticity of the handmade process and are not considered grounds for return.

Natural Markings:

Our recycled nylon material may bear natural markings or irregularities, which are a testament to its eco-friendly origin. Returns will not be processed for products displaying such markings.

Handmade Size Deviations:

As each item is crafted by hand, there may be minor size deviations within acceptable limits. Please understand that these deviations are part of the unique character of handmade products, and returns cannot be accommodated for this reason.

Weaving Patterns:

You notice subtle variations in the weaving patterns of your handmade recycled nylon bag. These variations are a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship involved in the production process. Returns will not be accepted based on minor differences in weaving patterns.

Thread Ends:

Some thread ends are visible on the exterior of your recycled nylon bag. As our bags are crafted by hand, occasional visible thread ends are normal and are not considered defects. Returns cannot be processed for this characteristic.

Fading over Time:

Over time, you may notice a gradual fading of colours on your recycled nylon bag. This natural ageing process is expected and contributes to the unique patina of each bag. Returns cannot be processed for colour changes occurring over time.

Slight Shape Variations:

Your handmade bag may exhibit slight variations in shape compared to the product images. These variations are a result of the individual crafting process and contribute to the uniqueness of each bag. Returns cannot be accommodated based on minor shape differences.

Surface Texture:

The surface texture of your recycled nylon bag may have minor irregularities, adding to its tactile appeal. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects. Returns will not be processed for subtle differences in surface texture.

It's important to emphasise that these scenarios are meant to reflect the nature of handmade and recycled products, where slight variations contribute to the authenticity and charm of each item. We understand that, despite our commitment to quality, there may be rare instances when your handmade recycled nylon bag arrives with a significant manufacturing defect that hampers its usability or durability. In such unlikely cases, we gladly accept returns, offering a full refund along with covering the shipping costs with a prepaid shipping label. Examples of qualifying defects encompass substantial tears, broken straps, or structural issues that compromise the fundamental functionality of the bag. Our aim is to ensure your satisfaction, and we appreciate your understanding as we address and rectify any unexpected issues with the utmost priority and care.

Sale Items 

All sale purchases are considered final, and we kindly ask customers to carefully review their selections before making a purchase. 

Terms & Conditions

The returned bag must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any signs of wear and tear may result in the offer being void
