By entering the EAU BAGS Giveaway (“Promotion”), entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. PROMOTER

The promoter is EAU BAGS PTY LTD (ABN 51 672 581 529), trading as EAU BAGS (“EAU BAGS”, “Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

EAU BAGS is the sole promoter and administrator of this Promotion.

Real Fine Studio is the supplier/manufacturer of an item forming part of the Prize and is not the promoter or administrator of the Promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion opens on Wednesday, 7 October 2026 at 5:55 PM AEST and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Subject to the exclusions below, entry is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

The Promotion is void in any country, state, province, territory or other jurisdiction where the Promotion, entry into it or receipt of the Prize is prohibited by law or would require the Promoter to obtain a licence, registration, bond, filing or other regulatory approval that the Promoter has not obtained.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they are legally permitted to enter the Promotion and receive the Prize in their jurisdiction.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of EAU BAGS, and persons directly involved in the administration, conduct or promotion of the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

Employees of Real Fine Studio and their immediate families are also not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of an entrant’s identity, age, country of residence and eligibility before awarding the Prize.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To submit a valid entry, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Complete the official EAU BAGS giveaway entry form with a valid email address and phone number; and
2. Follow the official @eaubags Instagram account.
3. Like and tag a friend in the comments of the original giveaway post on the official @eaubags Instagram account. 

All three requirements must be completed for an entry to be valid.

Unless otherwise stated by EAU BAGS, there is a limit of one entry per person.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

Entries submitted using bots, scripts, macros, automated entry services, fake accounts, multiple identities or other methods designed to circumvent these Terms & Conditions are prohibited.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise acts in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5. THE PRIZE

There is one Prize available.

The winner will receive:

A. EAU BAGS Voucher

One AUD $1,000 EAU BAGS online voucher.

B. Real Fine Studio Heirloom Signet Ring

The opportunity to select one Real Fine Studio Heirloom Signet Ring, with EAU BAGS contributing up to a maximum of AUD $4,000 RRP towards the purchase of that one ring.

Total maximum Prize value: AUD $5,000.

All Prize values stated in these Terms & Conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).

6. EAU BAGS VOUCHER CONDITIONS

The AUD $1,000 EAU BAGS voucher:

• is redeemable online at EAU BAGS only;
• may only be redeemed against full-priced EAU BAGS products;
• cannot be used on sale, reduced or otherwise discounted products;
• cannot be combined with discount codes, unique codes, promotional codes or any other offer, promotion or discount;
• cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged;
• cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent; and
• is otherwise subject to EAU BAGS’ applicable voucher terms and conditions.

Any unused voucher balance will not be paid or refunded in cash.

7. REAL FINE STUDIO RING CONDITIONS

The winner may select one Real Fine Studio Heirloom Signet Ring only.

EAU BAGS will contribute up to AUD $4,000 RRP towards the purchase of the selected ring.

If the selected ring has a retail price below AUD $4,000 RRP, the difference will not be provided to the winner as cash, credit, store credit, another product or any additional prize.

If the winner selects a ring with a retail price exceeding AUD $4,000 RRP, the winner will be responsible for paying the full difference above AUD $4,000 RRP, together with any additional costs associated with upgrades, modifications, customisation or other additions requested by the winner.

Any amount payable by the winner must be paid before the selected ring is ordered or confirmed.

The AUD $4,000 RRP contribution may only be applied to one eligible ring and cannot be divided across multiple products or purchases.

Ring styles, stones, materials, sizing and other options are subject to availability at the time the winner makes their selection.

The winner acknowledges that the selected ring may be made to order and may be subject to production and fulfilment lead times.

EAU BAGS will coordinate the ordering and delivery of the selected ring to the winner.

An estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated to the winner once EAU BAGS receives confirmation from the jeweller.

No delivery or production timeframe is guaranteed until confirmed by the jeweller, and any timeframe subsequently provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, EAU BAGS is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, production, customisation, shipping, customs processing or delivery of the selected ring that are outside EAU BAGS’ reasonable control.

8. INTERNATIONAL WINNERS, SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

EAU BAGS will arrange reasonable standard delivery of the Prize to the winner’s eligible delivery address.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise by EAU BAGS in writing, the winner is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other government charges that may arise in their country or jurisdiction as a result of receiving the Prize.

The winner is also responsible for determining whether the Prize can legally be imported into and received in their jurisdiction.

Any personal tax liability arising from winning or receiving the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

EAU BAGS does not provide tax advice and recommends that the winner obtain independent advice where necessary.

9. PRIZE AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION

The Prize is subject to availability.

If any component of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to substitute that component with an item or benefit of comparable value.

The Prize cannot otherwise be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

10. WINNER SELECTION

One winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on Thursday, 29 October 2026 at 9:00 AM AEST at Unit 3/566 Rode Road Chermside, Queensland.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The Promoter may use a computerised random selection method to conduct the draw.

The first valid eligible entry randomly selected will be the provisional winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION & ANNOUNCEMENT

The provisional winner will be contacted directly using the email address supplied with their entry.

EAU BAGS also intends to announce the winner via the official @eaubags Instagram Stories at approximately 4:00 PM AEST on Thursday, 29 October 2026, subject to verification.

The winner may be required to provide reasonable evidence of their identity, age, residence and eligibility before the Prize is confirmed.

EAU BAGS will never require a winner to pay a fee in order to claim the Prize.

The only circumstance in which the winner may be required to make a payment in connection with their Prize selection is where they voluntarily select a ring valued above the AUD $4,000 contribution, or incur other winner-responsible costs expressly described in these Terms & Conditions.

Entrants should disregard accounts impersonating EAU BAGS. Official winner communications will only come from EAU BAGS’ official channels or authorised EAU BAGS email addresses.

12. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The provisional winner must respond to EAU BAGS within 7 days of being contacted.

The winner must provide any information reasonably required by EAU BAGS to verify their eligibility and arrange the Prize.

If the provisional winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• fails to respond within the required period;
• declines the Prize;
• provides false or misleading information;
• is found to be ineligible; or
• otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions,

the winner may forfeit the Prize, subject to applicable law.

Where permitted or required, EAU BAGS may conduct an unclaimed Prize redraw from the remaining valid eligible entries.

Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection process as the original draw and in accordance with applicable law.

13. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Entry into the Promotion and consent to receive marketing communications are separate matters except to the extent expressly disclosed at the point of entry and permitted by applicable law.

Where an entrant expressly consents to receive marketing communications from EAU BAGS, EAU BAGS may use the entrant’s contact information to send relevant email and/or SMS marketing in accordance with that consent and applicable law.

Marketing communications will identify EAU BAGS as the sender and provide an appropriate method of unsubscribing or withdrawing consent.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Withdrawing marketing consent after entering will not invalidate an otherwise valid entry.

14. PRIVACY

EAU BAGS will collect personal information including information such as an entrant’s name, email address, phone number, country or location and Instagram information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner and arranging the Prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the EAU BAGS Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Information may be disclosed to service providers and other parties reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfil the Prize, including technology providers, fulfilment providers, professional advisers and the supplier of the ring.

Where information is transferred or processed internationally, EAU BAGS will handle such information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Entrants may exercise applicable privacy rights in accordance with EAU BAGS’ Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ENTRANT CONTENT

All intellectual property owned by EAU BAGS before the Promotion, together with intellectual property independently created by or for EAU BAGS in connection with the Promotion, remains the property of EAU BAGS or its applicable licensors.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers ownership of any third party’s trademarks, designs, copyright or other intellectual property to EAU BAGS.

Each entrant retains ownership of intellectual property rights they hold in original content they submit specifically in connection with the Promotion.

To the extent an entrant submits original content to EAU BAGS in connection with the Promotion, the entrant grants EAU BAGS a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, communicate, display, distribute, adapt and otherwise use that submitted content in connection with administering, publicising and marketing the Promotion and EAU BAGS, subject to applicable law.

Each entrant warrants that they own or otherwise have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content they provide and to grant the rights described above.

Entrants must not submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

16. WINNER PUBLICITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the winner agrees that EAU BAGS may publish their first name, surname initial, country and/or state or region of residence and details of the Prize won for the purposes of announcing and reporting the outcome of the Promotion.

Any additional use of the winner’s image, likeness, voice or newly created photographic/video content for advertising or promotional purposes may be subject to a separate release or agreement where required by EAU BAGS or applicable law.

17. FRAUD, MANIPULATION & DISQUALIFICATION

EAU BAGS reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

To the extent permitted by law, EAU BAGS may disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has:

• provided false or misleading information;
• manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Promotion;
• used automated entry methods;
• created multiple identities or accounts to circumvent entry limits;
• interfered with the operation or integrity of the Promotion;
• infringed another person’s rights; or
• otherwise materially breached these Terms & Conditions.

EAU BAGS may require reasonable evidence to verify the validity of an entry.

18. TECHNICAL ISSUES

EAU BAGS is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not received due to technical problems outside EAU BAGS’ reasonable control.

This includes outages or failures involving Instagram, Meta, internet services, telecommunications networks, email providers, website hosting or third-party platforms.

Proof that an entrant attempted to submit an entry does not necessarily constitute proof that EAU BAGS received a valid entry.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to those rights and to the maximum extent permitted by law, EAU BAGS will not be liable for loss, damage, delay, cost or expense arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with the Promotion or Prize.

This may include third-party supplier delays, postal or courier delays, customs processing, telecommunications failures, platform outages or other events beyond EAU BAGS’ reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. INSTAGRAM & META DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to EAU BAGS and not to Instagram or Meta.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram and Meta from liability arising in connection with the Promotion.

21. REAL FINE STUDIO

Real Fine Studio is the supplier/manufacturer of an item included in the Prize.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Promotion is not sponsored, administered or conducted by Real Fine Studio, and Real Fine Studio is not responsible for selecting the winner or administering entries.

All Real Fine Studio names, trademarks, product names and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner.

22. CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated because of circumstances outside EAU BAGS’ reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud, tampering, platform disruption, legal or regulatory requirements, supplier unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, EAU BAGS may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where regulatory approval is required before making a change, EAU BAGS will comply with that requirement.

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Subject to any mandatory laws that apply in an entrant’s jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded, entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights or protections available to an entrant under applicable law.

24. GENERAL

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure or delay by EAU BAGS to exercise a right under these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.

EAU BAGS’ decisions concerning the administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.

If there is any inconsistency between promotional advertising and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will apply to the extent permitted by law.
