• Items discounted 30% off or more are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
• “Perfectly Imperfect” items are always final sale, regardless of discount.
• Returns do not apply to Gift With Purchase items unless the full order is returned.
• All returns are subject to Australian Consumer Law.

• Discounts apply automatically at checkout and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, code, or promotion unless stated.
  
• Prices are as marked. No price adjustments will be made on past or future purchases.
• The Bundle & Save offer (20% off when purchasing 3+ bags) is not available during the sale period and cannot be combined with sale pricing.
  
  

3. Final Sale Policy

• All items purchased during this sale are final sale.
  
• No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credits will be accepted, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
  
  

4. Gift With Purchase Offer

• Eligible orders that meet the minimum spend threshold (e.g. $300) will receive a complimentary Wine Carrier.
  
• Customers must add the eligible gift to their cart for the discount to apply.
  
• One gift per order, while stock lasts.
  
• If the gift is not added at checkout, it cannot be shipped or applied retrospectively.

5. “Perfectly Imperfect” Items

• Selected styles may be marked as “Perfectly Imperfect,” meaning they may include minor cosmetic flaws, irregularities, or natural variations that do not affect function.
  
• These items are sold as-is and at a heavily reduced price.
  
• By purchasing, customers acknowledge they understand the condition and accept the product as received.
  
• No returns, exchanges, or warranties apply.
  
  

6. Shipping

• Due to high demand, dispatch times may be longer than usual.
  
• We do not guarantee delivery before a specific date, including Christmas.
  
  

7. Stock & Availability

• Adding an item to cart does not reserve it.

All EAU BAGS are slow-made and handcrafted by skilled artisans in our dedicated studio in India. Olivia and Claudine visit their studio regularly to spend time with the team and oversee the making of each collection.

Our stripes are made from recycled nylon - an upcycled material created from waste like discarded fishing nets, old carpets and factory off-cuts. These materials are collected, cleaned and melted down before being spun and hand-dyed into new nylon yarn.

The yarn is then woven into our durable striped fabric before being cut, stitched and assembled by hand into your most used bag.

Because these materials have lived a life before becoming an EAU BAG, you may notice subtle variations in colour, texture or stitching. These are not defects, but part of the bag’s story - proof it was made by real hands, from materials that once existed elsewhere.

Our Perfectly Imperfect bags have more noticeable imperfections than our full price bags. These are bags from past collections with visible quirks, such as small holes, wobbly stitching, marks or subtle colour variations, which mean they don't meet our full-price standard.

They're still completely functional and made to be loved - the only difference is their cosmetic imperfections.

Each Perfectly Imperfect bag is a lucky dip, with its imperfection chosen at random. You won't be able to choose or preview the imperfection before your order arrives.

They distress naturally and may feature minor imperfections over time, but that's part of what makes them unique. These are inherent qualities that add to their character and charm.

Caring for EAU BAGS:*Your bag arrives flat to reduce waste. Just pop items inside for about an hour, and it’ll take its shape.
*Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking your bag in water. Do not wash or tumble dry. Let it air dry naturally.
*No bleach, strong detergents, or abrasive cleaners.
*Keep it out of long-term direct sunlight to maintain its vibrant colours. If exposed to direct sunlight the colours will fade.
*Our bags are made for everyday use, but overfilling them can place unnecessary strain on the stitching.
