    By purchasing during our Black Friday Sale, you acknowledge the following terms.

    1. Sale Period

    The EAU BAGS Black Friday Sale runs from Thursday 5 November to Monday 30 November 2026, unless otherwise extended or ended earlier.

    Exclusive early access opens on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST for customers who have received an early access password.

    All sale offers are available online at www.eaubags.com.au, subject to stock availability.

    2. Sale Discounts

    • Discounts of up to 60% off selected products are available during the promotional period.

    • Discounts vary by product, style and colourway.

    • All sale prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) on our website.

    • Discounts are applied to eligible products as advertised.

    • Sale prices cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the promotional period.

    • Sale offers cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers or our usual Bundle & Save offer.

    • EAU BAGS reserves the right to adjust sale pricing, promotions and product availability during the sale period.

    3. Returns & Exchanges

    Our Black Friday Sale has specific return conditions based on the discount applied to each product.

    Products discounted by 20% or less

    • Eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

    • Customers may request a refund, store credit or exchange, subject to our returns policy.

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all original tags and packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

    Products discounted by 30% or more

    • All purchases are final sale.

    • No returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds will be accepted.

    • Please select carefully before completing your purchase.

    Important: These conditions apply to change-of-mind returns and do not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    4. Perfectly Imperfect Collection

    Our Perfectly Imperfect bags are handcrafted from recycled nylon, giving discarded materials a second life.

    As part of our production process, some bags may have minor cosmetic imperfections or variations that do not meet our usual aesthetic standards. Rather than letting them go to waste, we offer these bags at special discounted prices.

    Please note:

    • Perfectly Imperfect bags are discounted by 40–60%.

    • Each bag is selected at random, meaning you cannot choose the specific imperfection or variation you receive.

    • Imperfections may include minor differences in stitching, colour, texture, shape or finish.

    • All Perfectly Imperfect purchases are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

    • The imperfections described above form part of the product's disclosed condition.

    Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply, including where a product has a fault that is not covered by its disclosed imperfections.

    5. Gifts With Purchase

    During our Black Friday Sale, eligible orders will receive complimentary gifts based on their order value.

    Spend $200 AUD or more: Receive a complimentary EAU BAGS Cap.

    Spend $300 AUD or more: Receive a complimentary EAU BAGS Cap and Wine Carrier.

    Additional conditions:

    • Spend thresholds are calculated on the value of eligible products after discounts and before shipping.

    • Gifts are automatically added to qualifying orders at checkout.

    • Gifts are available while stocks last.

    • Each qualifying order is eligible for one gift bundle at the applicable threshold.

    • Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or alternative products.

    • Gifts cannot be purchased separately as part of this promotion.

    • If a return reduces the order value below the qualifying threshold, the complimentary gift may also need to be returned unused and in its original condition.

    EAU BAGS reserves the right to end the gift promotion when stock is exhausted.

    6. Shipping & Delivery

    • All orders are subject to our standard shipping rates and delivery conditions, unless otherwise advertised.

    • Due to the high volume of orders during our Black Friday Sale, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual.

    • Shipping estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

    • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

    • EAU BAGS is not responsible for delivery delays outside our reasonable control, including courier network delays.

    Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

    7. Order Changes & Cancellations

    Due to the volume of orders received during our sale, we cannot guarantee that requests to amend or cancel orders can be accommodated once an order has been placed.

    If you need to make a change, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

    Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

    8. Stock Availability

    • All sale products are subject to availability.

    • Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the item.

    • Products may sell out during checkout.

    • EAU BAGS reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer where reasonably necessary.

    • In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund for any unavailable item.

    9. Early Access

    Customers subscribed to our email database may receive exclusive early access to the Black Friday Sale.

    • Early access opens Wednesday 4 November 2026 at 6:00 PM AEST.

    • Customers will receive a password by email before early access begins.

    • A valid password is required to access the website during the password-protected period.

    • Early access does not guarantee product availability or reserve stock.

    • All sale terms, including final sale conditions, apply during early access.

    10. Australian Consumer Law

    Nothing in these Sale Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    Final sale conditions apply to change-of-mind purchases only and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

    11. General Conditions

    EAU BAGS reserves the right to amend these promotional terms where reasonably necessary, including to correct genuine errors or respond to circumstances outside our control.

    Any changes will be published on our website and will not retrospectively remove customers' statutory rights.
